Just Kidding or Bullying?

In this life, we will never be separated from the word "Joking" and without us knowing that one word can make us forget about ourselves. As if “joking” words can solve everything, unfortunately, that's not true. Conscious or not, that one word that builds a new problem called "Bullying"


What is Bullying?
According to Wikipedia.com Bullying is the use of violence, threats, or coercion to abuse or intimidate others. Thus, bullying is oppression or disturbance which if it occurs continuously will worsen the situation of the victim, both mentally and physically.

What kind of bullying can it take?
Well, bullying can not only be done by torturing the person directly (physically). Also presented at HelloSehat.com Bullying can also be in the form of verbal oppression, acts of exclusion, cyberbullying, and sexual oppression.
Bullying can also be in the form of words (verbal), how can? Well ... maybe that person feels offended by our words, so be careful when talking! Think about the feelings of others by thinking of ourselves standing on their feet.

Are victims of bully always stay quiet (introvert person)?
Bullies are not always quiet people! Well, how come? Because victims of bullying try to absorb feelings that are not good for their lives because they can trigger our mentality towards the bad, or stress.

What's Bad about Bullying?
As we know, the bad of bullying can take various forms such as; someone's lack of trust in you and this could be used by those around you as your weakness!

What will happen to the victim if this continues?

The worst thing that can happen first is suicide and surely you all already know about it right? But still, how come? This happened because the victim felt very depressed and could not express his heart properly. As a result, if this continues, he will feel frustrated and then even depressed they may lose their sanity due to not being able to find a solution.

How to help victims of bullying?
As helpers, we need to calm the victim and be collective. After the victim feels more secure and comfortable, listen to the victim's story and help them find a solution.
Also, as victims we must never be burdened, stay calm and control all of your insecurities. Tell your family or if one day someone reaches out to you, accept it.

How to get up, if nothing helps you? (when you are in a position to be bullied!)
Be Positive, That's the keyword. The perpetrators of bullying usually brainwash the victim with negative words that make the offender feel more dominant. And also, they instilled fear in the perpetrator so that the victim did not dare stand up to defend him.



So here are some quick tips for you who tried to get up after being bullied, which are:
1. Stay Positive;
2. Rise and Don't Always Look Down, this means never be afraid about the past times that’s already passed; and
3. The reality is bitter but that is what we should lunge and face.
